Administrative organization
The Organs/Wings of the Southern Kiremba Orphanage are:
1. The General Assembly composed of the pastoral body of the Kiremba Pentecostal Church which is the supreme organ of the Orphanage;
2. The executive committee composed of 5 members elected by the General Assembly which has the most extensive management powers;
3. The supervisory board responsible for monitoring the action of the management and the executive committee;
4. The management responsible for the daily management of activities.
The orphanage is organized into the following services
1. Child Nutrition and Health,
2. Accounting,
3. Psychomotor and Cognitive Development, 4. Income-Generating Activities: Livestock and agriculture (still ineffective because their production is very law)
