Vision
To be a temporary reception structure for babies who have lost their mothers at birth to ensure their protection and survival for at least the first three years of their existence.
Mission
To contribute to ensuring the survival and strengthening the dignity of the most disadvantaged babies because they lost their mothers at birth by offering them opportunities for psychomotor and cognitive development from a young age to help them build a solid foundation for their development.
